Frequently Asked Questions

  • No experience is needed for most roles. When you come in for your first shift, we'll walk you through everything. We have regular volunteers who've found their own rhythm over time, and new folks fit right in.

  • Entirely up to you. Some volunteers come every week; others come once a month. We build our schedule around what works for you. If you can't make a shift, just call or email as early as you can so we can plan ahead.

  • Once you're on our volunteer list, we'll reach out by phone or email to let you know about upcoming shifts.

  • Yes! Groups are a wonderful way to give back together. Reach out to us before your visit so we can make sure we have enough space and roles for everyone.
